With an Asia-Pacific focus, we bring innovative solutions to our customers and offer our own range of customization of white label products ready for distribution to your wholesale customers and retail consumers.
Our core focus within Asia is as a food and beverage ingredient supplier delivering superior products for food and pharmaceutical industries. We can supply our customers a wide range of ingredients including medical grade probiotics and sugar replacements. With more than 18 years in business, we are fast becoming a preferred solution for industry manufacturers.

Mike has over 35 years experience in the services sectors. From 2004 to 2015 Mike was the Managing Director and founder of Transguard Group LLC, a UAE based services company and one of the largest companies in the GCC, employing 55,000 staff. Prior to this he held senior positions in a range of security and facilities management focused companies. Mike is a shareholder in several food science and health related businesses, including Optibiotix and is a Chairman/Director on several privately held and publicly listed corporations.
David has more than 23 years’ professional experience and over 15 years of international experience growing early to mid-stage businesses and is the co-founder of Healthily. Prior to his role at Pierce Group Asia, David was an investment manager for the London listed Guinness Peat Group PLC and Director of M&A for its technology focused division. David has been involved in various advisory, executive-level and board positions with several technology companies at various stages of development. David currently serves as Chairman and/or a Director on several private and publicly listed corporations, and has experience in the development, manufacture and distribution of nutraceuticals and functional foods. David was a Director and consultant to Aussie Bodies, Australia’s No.1 Protein Brand, and managed its successful sale to Healtheries of NZ (Vitaco Health Ltd).
Dave’s expertise includes delivery of major deals in G20 countries. His strengths encompass relationship management, effectively operating at all levels including the Board and Boards of partner companies, proven negotiation and influencing skills, leading cross functional teams and incorporating best practise commercialisation across businesses. Industries of real focus include retail, financial services, telecommunications, consumer packaged goods, and new media.
A native Chinese and English speaker, Angela has more than 20 years business operations experience in South East Asia and is a regular traveller to North Asia. She was a co-founder of a Singapore-Thailand based designer, manufacturer and importer of retail goods that were distributed via major department stores and has significant investment experience in early stage and high growth businesses including in the health and retail sectors.
